Congress leader KN Rajanna resigned as Karnataka Cooperation Minister, the CMO said on Monday amid controversy over Rajanna's remarks on "vote theft" allegations. Notably, Rajanna had stated that the discrepancies in the voter list, which Rahul Gandhi had described as "vote theft" in Bengaluru's Mahadevapura constituency, had occurred while the Congress was in power.
