Gangavathi's BJP Yuva Morcha President Venkatesh Kurubara was hacked to death in Karnataka on Wednesday. He was on a bike when a group of assailants attacked him with long maces, according to police. Calling it revenge murder, Koppal SP Ram Arasiddi said, "In 2003, Venkatesh helped police arrest the accused in a case. The same people are involved in this."
