Four passengers, including a child, died after a helicopter crashed into a 1,000-foot-high radio tower in US and burst into flames. The crash sparked a fire, burning about 91-183 metres of grass, officials said. As per reports, lighting on the tower reportedly failed days the crash. As per FAA, towers higher than 200 feet should be marked or lighted.
