LA man, who sued Nirvana over his naked baby pic on album cover, loses case
Rock band Nirvana has won the dismissal of a lawsuit filed by an LA man who claimed that the band using a picture of his naked four-month-old self was child pornography. Spencer Elden was featured swimming naked on the cover of a 1991 Nirvana album. Elden waited too long to allege that Nirvana sexually exploited him, the judge ruled.
