Lebanon bans pagers & walkie-talkies in flights after blasts kill 37, injure thousands
Lebanon has banned all passengers travelling from Beirut Rafic Hariri International Airport (BEY) from bringing pagers and walkie-talkies onto flights. The ban applies to both check-in and carry-on luggage as well as cargo and will be enforced until further notice. This comes after thousands of such devices exploded in Lebanon, killing at least 37 people and injuring thousands.
