List of best colleges in India released by govt, Hindu College ranked 1st
As per NIRF Rankings 2025, Hindu College (Delhi) has been named the best college in India. It is the second year in a row that Hindu College has topped the list. It is followed by Miranda House (Delhi), Hans Raj College (Delhi), Kirori Mal College (Delhi) and St Stephen's College (Delhi). Ramakrishna Mission Vivekananda Centenary College (Kolkata) is ranked sixth.
