Longtime Putin aide Dmitry Kozak resigns: Russian govt
Russian President Vladimir Putin's longtime aide Dmitry Kozak has resigned from the post of Kremlin deputy chief of staff, said spokesman Dmitry Peskov. "I can confirm that Dmitry Nikolayevich Kozak has resigned. At his own request," said Peskov. His exit follows a NYT report which claimed Kozak had lost favour with Putin after objecting to the 2022 invasion of Ukraine.
