Lost mental balance: Shivakumar on Goa CM's remarks on Mahadayi
Karnataka Deputy CM DK Shivakumar reacted to Goa Chief Minister Pramod Sawant's remarks on the Mahadayi river project and said he has lost his mental balance because he lacks understanding of inter-state relations. Earlier, Sawant said, "For everyone, the Mahadayi is a political issue, but for Goa, the Mahadayi is our lifeline." Siddaramaiah called Sawant's remark an insult to Karnataka.
