Mahmudullah becomes oldest Bangladesh player in Champions Trophy
Against New Zealand at Rawalpindi today, Mahmudullah, aged 39 years 20 days, became the oldest Bangladeshi to play in the Champions Trophy. Mahmudullah's brother-in-law Mushfiqur Rahim is also playing in this match. At 37 years 291 days, he is the second-oldest Bangladeshi in the competition. Before this, the record was held by Mohammad Rafique (36 years 38 days in 2006).
