West Bengal CM Mamata Banerjee blamed power supply company CESC for nine electrocution deaths during the recent Kolkata flooding, "They'll do business here, but won't modernise here?" she said. CESC said five people died due to faulty wiring indoors, while three others died after touching street lights and traffic signal, which are maintained by civic body and state government.
