A video has surfaced online, showing a foreigner confronting a local in Amritsar after the latter asked for his wife's phone number. "You approach a random female by herself and ask for her phone number within two seconds. That's very strange...You are a bit crazy," the foreigner told him. Later, the local called the woman his sister.
