Man buys 200 abandoned homes in Japan, earns over ₹7 crore in rental income
A 38-year-old Japanese man bought 200 old, neglected houses and converted them into rental business, raking in 140 million yen (around ₹7.7 crore) in income. Hayato Kawamura bought the homes priced under 1 million yen in remote areas, with income he'd initially saved to become a landlord. In 2018, he quit his job to start his own real estate firm.
