A video has gone viral on social media showing a passenger hanging from the door of a bus in Chandigarh. Neither the driver stopped the bus, nor did the conductor open the door to let the passenger in. The UT Transport Department has placed the services of the bus driver and the conductor under suspension for irresponsible behaviour.
