Man in Innova racing with BMW car hits biker, kills him in UP; caught on CCTV
The driver of a Toyota Innova was arrested after CCTV footage showed their car hitting and killing a biker while attempting to speed past a speeding BMW car in UP's Kanpur. The biker was thrown into the air after being hit while turning on a road at 11:00pm on Friday. The car allegedly had 'Govt of India' printed on it.
