Man posts video of 'pathetic condition' of train's AC coach; Railways responds
Ministry of Railways' RailwaySeva X account responded after a man posted a video from a train's AC coach. "This is the pathetic situation of AC chair car...The seats top is ugly and all carry hooks and luggage amenities are either broken or missing," the man wrote. "This is not the type of experience that Railways strive to deliver," RailwaySeva wrote.
