Man quits job to clean rivers in India, curb water pollution
Pankaj Kumar, a former corporate professional, quit his job to address the pollution of the Yamuna River. He founded 'Earth Warriors,' a volunteer-driven initiative that conducts weekly clean-up drives at Delhi's Kalindi Kunj Ghat. Beyond cleaning, the group investigates sewage treatment plants across 12 states, files legal complaints, and advocates for systemic reforms to address river pollution.
