Man rapes cousin hours after Rakhi, kills her and hangs body from noose at UP home
A 33-year-old man has been arrested for raping and killing his 14-year-old cousin sister hours after she tied Rakhi to him on Saturday in UP's Auraiya. Police said the accused hung her body from a noose at her home after killing her to make it look like a suicide. Police said the accused tried to misguide them.
