Man’s head, moustache shaved after he harasses minor girl in UP
A man in Bulandshahr, Uttar Pradesh, was publicly humiliated after he allegedly harassed a minor girl on her way to tuition classes. Locals caught him, shaved his head and moustache, and filmed the incident, police said. A video of the act went viral on social media.
