Man who beheaded Indian-origin motel owner in US to escape death penalty
The 37-year-old man who beheaded his Indian-origin employer at a US motel in September may not face the death penalty, according to prosecutors from the Dallas County District Attorney's Office. DA John Creuzot's office has reportedly decided against pursuing the death penalty for Yordanis Cobos-Martinez, who was caught murdering his boss C Nagamallaiah in front of his wife and son.
