Tom Grogan, who used to work as a construction worker for $5 (about ₹400) per hour, recently sold his company, the UK arm of US fried chicken chain Wingstop, for £400 million (nearly ₹4,700 crore). He now plans to work again on something new as he's "bored". "You need a purpose every day to wake up for," Grogan told Fortune.
