Man who lost partner in 2023 Hamas attack sets self ablaze, dies
Roei Shalev, an Israeli man who lost his girlfriend Mapal Adam in October 7, 2023 Hamas attack, died by suicide, days after the attack's second anniversary. "I'm truly sorry. I can’t bear this pain any longer," Shalev, who had set himself ablaze inside his car, had written on Instagram. His mother had also died by suicide shortly after the attack.
