BJP MP Manoj Tiwari criticised Congress party after its Bihar unit posted an AI video allegedly depicting PM Narendra Modi and his late mother, Heeraben Modi. "Standards of ethics aren't meant for Congress...they keep breaking all scales of immorality," Tiwari said.
