Recalling being slapped by Harbhajan Singh during IPL 2008, Sreesanth, in an interview with Ranjini Haridas, said, "Many Malayalis ask me why I didn't hit back despite showing so much aggression." He added, "Some even said I should've hit him down to ground. If I had, I would've faced a lifetime ban. Kerala didn’t have that much power back then."
