Maruti Suzuki sees highest car deliveries in 35 yrs; Hyundai & Tata also set records
Maruti Suzuki delivered 30,000 cars and received 80,000 customer enquiries on Monday, marking a record for the company as it delivered most cars in a single day in 35 years. Meanwhile, Hyundai registered 11,000 dealer billings, its best single-day performance in five years, and Tata Motors delivered 10,000 cars, a company record. Car demand has skyrocketed following GST rate cuts.
