Massive Bronze Age city discovered in Kazakhstan after 3500 years
Archaeologists have uncovered a vast 3,500-year-old Bronze Age settlement on Kazakh Steppe. Spanning around 140 hectares, it's the largest planned site of its kind in the region. It includes two rows of rectangular earthen mounds that supported multi-room dwellings and a central building twice the size of nearby homes, possibly used for gatherings or by influential families.
