Maunvrat, maunvrat: Tharoor on speaking in Op Sindoor Parliament debate

Tharoor's name is reportedly not among the speakers from Congress who are slated to speak in Parliament on the Operation Sindoor debate. Debate will be held on Monday, with Defence Minister Rajnath Singh also expected to participate.
