Meezaan Jafri says he auditioned for Diljit's role in Chamkila
Jaaved Jaaferi's son, Meezaan Jafri revealed that he has auditioned for Imtiaz Ali several times and even tried for Diljit Dosanjh's role in Amar Singh Chamkila but wasn't selected. "I did the full stache, wore the pagdi, learnt Chamkila's song...went for it dil se," he said. Praising Diljit, he added, "He knows the flavour... absolutely smashed it."
