Meghalaya 2nd fastest-growing state: CM
On Independence Day, CM Conrad Sangma said Meghalaya’s GDP grew from ₹30,000 crore in 2018 to ₹59,626 crore in 2025, making it India’s 2nd fastest-growing state. Vision 2032 targets ₹1.4 lakh crore GDP, Olympic medals, global youth careers, and women-led growth, with major boosts in jobs, tourism, and infrastructure.
