Merely saying 'I love you' to a girl does not amount to sexual harassment: High Court
Chhattisgarh High Court has held that merely saying "I love you" to a girl does not constitute sexual harassment under the POCSO Act, unless it is proven that the words were spoken with sexual intent. The court said this while acquitting a youth accused under POCSO Act. The court said that there was no sufficient evidence to convict the youth.
