Meta and Oracle adopt Nvidia switches for AI data centres
Meta and Oracle have upgraded their AI data centres with Nvidia's Spectrum-X Ethernet switches, the technology built to handle the growing demands of large-scale AI systems. The Spectrum-X platform delivers 1.6 times higher networking performance for AI communication compared to conventional Ethernet. Meta is integrating the switches into its Facebook Open Switching System.
