Meta's 500MW AI data centre in Vizag to get ₹15,000-cr funding
Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp's parent Meta will be partnering with Sify Technologies to develop 500-megawatt data centre in Visakhapatnam, reported Economic Times. Sify Tech will be investing ₹15,266 crore into project. The facility's planned for Paradesipalem village along Kolkata-Srikakulam highway. Once completed, centre will be leased to Meta to support AI services and global projects.
