Microsoft CEO Satya Nadella's annual salary for fiscal year 2025 has surged to around $96.5 million (₹845.77 crore), which is 22% higher than what he received the previous year, as per a proxy filing. "Nadella and his leadership team have positioned Microsoft as a clear artificial intelligence leader for this generational technology shift," the tech giant's compensation committee said.
