Microsoft pledges to invest $30 bn in UK to mark Trump's visit
Microsoft plans to invest $30 billion in UK by 2028, including $15.5 billion in additional capital commitments as the company builds out its AI infrastructure. The spending commitment comes as US President Donald Trump embarked on a state visit to UK. Nvidia, Google, OpenAI, and Salesforce also plan for multibillion-dollar investments in the country, which cross over $40-billion when combined.
