Department of Human Services (DHS) employees accused Minnesota Governor Tim Walz of stealing over $250 million in tax money intended for child nutrition programmes. Walz allegedly allowed large-scale "health and human services fraud" under his administration and retaliated against whistleblowers. The total fraud uncovered across welfare programmes could reach $10 billion, claimed an employee.
