Minority being vocal for dogs, majority suffering silently: Delhi govt tells SC
The Delhi government, appearing through Solicitor General Tushar Mehta before the three-judge bench in Supreme Court, said the minority is being loudly vocal against the permanent relocation of dogs in Delhi-NCR, while the majority is silently suffering [with dog bites and rabies]. The solution is not in Animal Birth Control (ABC) rules, he said, but in the silent majority's view.
