Mohali MLA Kulwant Singh resigns as PCA general secretary
In a surprising development, Mohali MLA Kulwant Singh has resigned from post of General Secretary of Punjab Cricket Association (PCA) just days after assuming charge, citing personal reasons. The house is now expected to elect new secretary in 15 days. In a show of power, representatives of AAP were elected unopposed at the top three posts of the PCA.
