Most people who think they've gluten allergy are wrong: Study
Most people who think they're allergic to gluten may not actually react to it, as per Lancet study. Researchers distinguished coeliac disease, an autoimmune disorder triggered by gluten, from non-coeliac gluten sensitivity. They found some cases showed signs of real gluten reaction, while bloating and fatigue in most cases stemmed from Fodmaps, other wheat components, or gut-brain interactions.
