MP DGP blames internet & alcohol for rising rape cases, says 'Police alone can't stop them'
Madhya Pradesh DGP Kailash Makwana blamed cell phones, obscene content on internet, fall in societal ethics and alcohol for rising number of rape cases in India. Speaking to reporters, he said, "Nobody is keeping a watch at home. Earlier, children listened to their parents and teachers...But many limits have been crossed." "Police alone can't stop rising rape cases," he added.
