Mumbai-Ahmedabad bullet train journey to have 12 stations
India's first bullet train is expected to run by 2027, cutting travel time between Mumbai and Ahmedabad to just over two hours. News18 reported that the 508-kilometre journey on the high-speed rail corridor will feature 12 stations and operate at speeds of up to 320 kmph. The stations reportedly include Mumbai, Thane, Virar, Vapi, Surat, Vadodara, Anand/Nadiad, Ahmedabad and Sabarmati.
