Mumbai's paper Ganpati holds world record for largest eco-idol
Mumbai's Raja Tejukayacha is no ordinary Ganpati. Made entirely of paper, this eco-friendly idol earned a Guinness World Record in 2019 as the world's largest eco-friendly Bappa. Continuing the legacy in 2025, the Tejukaya Sarvajanik Ganeshotsav Mandal is set to welcome a 22-foot paper idol in a majestic warrior avatar.
