Mumbai schools to stay shut tomorrow amid rains, red alert issued
The Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) has announced that all schools in the city will remain closed on Tuesday amid heavy rains. The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has issued a red alert for tomorrow. Holiday was declared for schools on Monday as well due to rains. Notably, heavy rainfall continued for third consecutive day on Monday, resulting in traffic congestion.
