Nadal once called his superstition of placing water bottles in a certain position ‘stupid'
Rafael Nadal, who retired from tennis on Tuesday, had ritual of placing water bottles in a certain position during matches. In a match, while Nadal was about to serve, his bottle fell and umpire asked ballkid to pick it after which Nadal and crowd laughed. Nadal said it's a "very stupid thing" one does after a lot of years competing.
