Neither war nor diplomacy worked with Pak: TCA Raghavan
Former Indian High Commissioner to Pakistan, TCA Raghavan said that neither diplomacy nor wars have worked with Pakistan. But he says India must deal with its neighbours as they are, which means dialogue is necessary. "The current securitized nature of the relationship also limits India's options. Therefore, talking at some point may help," he adds.
