Pak army chief Munir makes nuke threat months after India called out Pak's bluff
After Pakistan attacked Afghanistan, its army chief, Asim Munir, threatened India, saying, "I advise and firmly caution India’s military leadership that there is no space for war in a nuclearised environment." He even claimed India would be responsible for "catastrophic consequences" in the region. In May, India successfully called out Pakistan's nuclear bluff by hitting critical sites.
