Pakistan launched a fresh attack on Afghanistan amid tensions between the two countries. "Last night, around 12 o'clock, Pakistani invading forces carried out a bombing...in Khost province, as a result of which 9 children...and one woman were martyred," the Taliban-led Afghan government said. Other air strikes took place in northeastern Kunar and eastern Paktika provinces.
