Pakistan vows 'strong response' as Afghanistan kills 58 of its soldiers
Pakistan PM Shehbaz Sharif on Sunday promised a "strong and effective response" after Afghanistan said it killed 58 Pakistani soldiers in overnight clashes. Although Sharif hasn't confirmed the number of soldiers killed, he has called out Afghanistan's "provocations". Pakistan earlier carried out an airstrike on Kabul, prompting Taliban government spokesman Zabihullah Mujahid to issue a warning.
