Pant should be compared with best batters, not Gilchrist: Ashwin
Former India spinner Ravichandran Ashwin said Rishabh Pant should be compared with some of the best batters, not former Australia captain Adam Gilchrist. Ashwin emphasised that while Gilchrist didn't have a good defence, Pant possesses a high-quality defence. He added, "I would like to see Pant achieve his potential...We want him to entertain us but... [also] show restraint when needed."
