Passenger train loco pilot may have missed red signal: Railways on Chhattisgarh train collision
After a passenger train collided with a goods train in Chhattisgarh's Bilaspur district, the Railways, in its preliminary assessment, said the accident may have occurred due to a signal passed at danger (SPAD). Officials stated that the loco pilot of the passenger train may have missed a red signal. The collision killed at least six people and injured several others.
