People who drive Thar are rogue elements, are crazy: Haryana Police chief
Haryana Director General of Police OP Singh said all "rogue elements" use Thar and Bullet motorcycle. "The choice of vehicle reflects your mindset. People who drive Thars perform stunts on the road," he stated. Singh added that people who use Thar "must be crazy" as Thar "is not a car, it's a statement which says 'this is how I am'".
