Perseverance Rover captures rock resembling a turtle on Mars
NASA's Perseverance rover captured an image of a rock resembling a turtle's head on Mars. The image was taken on August 31 in Jezero Crater, a key area of scientific interest. Perseverance used SHERLOC instrument mounted on its robotic-arm turret for the photo. The WATSON camera, which captures photographs of targets illuminated by SHERLOC, captured the rock using ultraviolet light.
